- Bonferroni校正P值：0.05/n，n为SNP个数。Bonferroni校正P值是最严格的多重检验校正方法，假设每次检验为独立事件，因此除以n。
- 《Association mapping for root system architecture traits under two nitrogen conditions in germplasm enhancement of maize doubled haploid lines》中看到使用simpleM程序，P-value = α/Meff_G。由于SNP实际上不全是独立事件，Meff_G是通过计算LD后计算获得的，可以减轻0.05/n的严格性。
- 类似于2中的方法，《The genetic architecture of the dynamic changes in grain
moisture in maize》中使用了GEC软件利用LD减少独立事件数目，利用Ne取代n, 计算P值1/Ne。
