Found a solution to the problem
What I did:
Clean Installed the entire system (no injection on installer)
Completed the setup.
Went into MultiBeast and selected all my drivers.
Then Under customize I went into "System Definitions"
In there I selected iMac 16,2
Booted up with no injection or Nvidia web drivers, and everything worked OOB!
Screenshot added just for anyone interested
